Avyana Health is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality nursing care while maintaining professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients according to their individual needs.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medications, care, and health practices.
- Ensure proper infection-control and hygiene practices are followed.
- Handle medical equipment safely and responsibly.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
Requirements
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month*
- Salary will be based on interview performance and relevant experience.
