Role Description The Staff Nurse role at Byte Health is a full time, on-site position based in Bhiwandi.

The Staff

Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments and procedures as per clinical protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals,



and educating patients and families about care plans and preventive health practices. The role also involves adhering to infection control standards, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for all patients.

Qualifications

- Valid nursing qualification and registration (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing) from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and basic clinical procedures.
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate documentation and electronic health records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of infection prevention, safety protocols, and standard nursing practices.
- Comfort working in on-site clinical settings and managing a varied patient load.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or community health settings is an advantage.
