1. To take regular rounds of equipment from cement silo discharge to cement loading point.
2. To capture the abnormalities during his rounds in shift abnormality register.
3. To check and record the critical equipment running parameters in the Packing plant section like: Compressed air pressure, packing plant belt conditions etc.
4. To take regular rounds in cement loading sections to avoid bag damages and cement spillages.
5. Assist the maintenance section to identify Kaizens, improvements and power saving initiatives.
6. To take regular rounds of equipment from cement silo extraction to BCCW loading spouts.
7. To capture the abnormalities during his rounds in shift abnormality register.
8. To check and record the critical equipment running parameters in the BCCW section like: Compressed air pressure, bag filter DP’s etc.
9. To take regular rounds in cement loading sections to avoid dust emission and avoid demurrage.
10. Assist the maintenance section to identify Kaizens, improvements and power saving initiatives.
