- Supervise Stacker Reclaimer mechanical erection and site execution.
- Coordinate daily activities with the client, L&T; team and site engineers.
- Supervise unloading, shifting, handling and protected storage of equipment and materials.
- Plan and supervise structure assembly and erection as per approved drawings.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, fit-up and installation of mechanical components.
- Coordinate installation of motors, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, belt weighers, rail clamps, drag chains, cabin and E-house.
- Supervise counterweight assembly and installation as per drawings.
- Plan manpower, tools, equipment and materials and monitor daily/weekly progress.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical and commissioning teams and resolve site/interface issues.
- Manage testing, trial runs, punch-point clearance, commissioning, PG testing and final handover, while ensuring safety and proper documentation.
