Job Title: Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate should have positive knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, invoicing, purchase and sales entries, bank reconciliation, and general accounting.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate financial records independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
- Handle Tally entries and maintain ledgers.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, payment and receipt entries.
- Manage GST and TDS related accounting work.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain customer/vendor accounts.
- Prepare monthly statements and basic financial reports.
- Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents.




- Coordinate with CA/tax consultant for accounting and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Handle other accounting and administrative work as required.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in a construction, interior, home décor, manufacturing, or contracting company will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
