Role & responsibilities

- Perform Development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of press tools and stamping dies.
- Work with progressive tools and ensure smooth production operations.
- Analyze tooling issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce rejection rates.
- Carry out engineering drawing modifications and tool corrections as per production requirements.
- Understand and utilize various raw materials used in press tool manufacturing and maintenance.
- Maintain tool history cards and ensure accurate maintenance records.
