Role & responsibilities
- Perform Development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of press tools and stamping dies.
- Work with progressive tools and ensure smooth production operations.
- Analyze tooling issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce rejection rates.
- Carry out engineering drawing modifications and tool corrections as per production requirements.
- Understand and utilize various raw materials used in press tool manufacturing and maintenance.
- Maintain tool history cards and ensure accurate maintenance records.
Preferred candidate profile NTTF/GTTC/ KTTF/ PG IN TOOL DESIGN With knowledge of press tools , stamping components , progressive dies , Ability to read and interpret engineering drawing , Tool Maintenance , trouble shooting, modifications , tool maintenance , trouble shooting -----Press tool maintenance
