Profile Introduction

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative automotive exterior lighting solutions by executing product design activities, ensuring compliance with customer and internal design standards, and delivering high-quality CAD models within project timelines. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support successful project execution and product development.

Job Responsibility

Responsibilities:

- Understand the Customer’s work requirement and project deliverables (Project time estimation, quality and commit delivery dates).
- Design and analyse electronics circuits for Automotive Lamp.
- Perfect Electronic design of Linear / Resistive / DC-DC converter-based LED Driver for HL/Tail Lamps.
- Topologies Selection of DC-DC Converter and Logic Integration as per Vehicle requirement. (According to Customer)
- Automotive grade Component selection and analysis to fulfil hardware requirements.
- Interface with ECAD for PCB layout with compliance to EMC & manufacturing design rules.
- Participating in Design Reviews with Cross Functional PD & Manufacturing Team.
- Control and release component BOM as per required Format.
- Work with Product Assurance group to develop test specifications and assist in troubleshooting according to Customer Spec.
- Interface with suppliers for development of component specifications, resolving open issues and ensure part availability for design milestones.
- Design, change, tracking and developing interface specifications.




- Field failure worst case analysis / handle field failures occurrence during SOP.
