Experience: 4–8 years in mould making, mould design, product development or related manufacturing engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product manufacturing and engineering activities.
- Drive process improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Handle mould manufacturing, mould trials and validation.
- Support mould design, development and modification activities.
- Drive product design improvements for manufacturability and performance.
- Identify and implement product quality improvements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room and R&D; teams for product and process development.
- Conduct process/product validation and ensure successful implementation.
- Troubleshoot mould and manufacturing-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support current product development and engineering changes.
