- Manage Injection Moulding production to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Optimize process parameters, cycle time, OEE, and productivity.
- Troubleshoot mould, machine, material, and process-related issues.
- Handle production planning and manpower allocation.
- Drive Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and rejection reduction.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
