He should have hands-on experience of various observability tools and technology including log analytics tracing,reporting,apm, anamoloy detection etc. Experience of defining and engineering SLI/SLO/SLA/Errorbudget etc. Building automations in the space of observability.. Ability to connect business kpi with technology kpi.Experience of setting up service management lifecycle
- Tools - PLG Stack, cloud native monitor, ELASTIC, APM tools etc(Data Dog is mandatory with 3 Yrs exp)
- SRE and observability kpi and reports
- Positive communication
- Automation skills - scripting, programming
- ITSM lifecycle management
- Experience of implementing Observability , SRE in cloud based environment for a large enterprise
- New Relic is mandatory
