Observability /SRE Lead profiles :-

Ask is to have an expert in SRE/observability space. He should have hands-on experience of various observability tools and technology including log analytics tracing,reporting,apm, anamoloy detection etc. Experience of defining and engineering SLI/SLO/SLA/Error budget etc. Building automations in the space of observability.. Ability to connect business kpi with technology kpi.Experience of setting up service management lifecycle

- Tools - PLG Stack, cloud native monitor, ELASTIC, APM tools etc

- SRE and observability kpi and reports

- Good communication

- Automation skills - scripting, programming

- ITSM lifecycle management

- Experience of implementing Observability , SRE in cloud based environment for a large enterprise

- Current Relic is mandatory

- Experience – 5-8

- Budget – 3X of Experience( mAx ctc 30LPA)
