Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 production support for business critical applications

- Monitor application and infrastructure health using SRE monitoring tools

- Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs

- Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures

- Troubleshoot application server and database related issues

- Use SQL queries for data validation troubleshooting and issue analysis

- Work closely with development infrastructure and database teams to resolve production issues

- Participate in deployment release and change management activities

- Monitor system performance availability and reliability metrics

- Create and maintain support documentation runbooks and SOPs

- Support on call rotations and major incident management processes





- Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
