Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role will focus on providing technical support, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and automating processes using tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Shell Scripting, and Ansible.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for software systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and GitHub Actions.
- Develop and execute Shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
- Utilize Ansible for configuration management and application deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve support processes.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices, specifically with Bitbucket and GitHub Actions.
- Experience in Shell Scripting for automation and process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management.




- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in DevOps, Cloud Computing, or related technologies are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
