Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for vehicle lending products.

- Understand and support the complete vehicle loan lifecycle: Lead Management, Customer Onboarding, KYC Verification, Bureau Validation, Vehicle Valuation, Credit Assessment, Loan Origination, Underwriting, Approval, Disbursement, EMI Management, Collections, Recoveries, Loan Closure.

- Work with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and testing teams.

- Support SIT/UAT and production implementation activities.

- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and lending regulations.

- Responsibilities (If Functional Tester Role): Create Test Scenarios and Test Cases. Validate loan application journeys. Verify bureau check integrations. Validate EMI and interest calculations. Test underwriting workflows. Test disbursement and repayment schedules.

Perform

Functional, Regression, Integration and UAT Testing. Track defects using Jira/ALM.
