Senior Technical Project Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Define and manage end-to-end project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation for large-scale technical projects.
- Drive the execution of complex software development initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate closely with data and BI engineering teams, providing technical guidance and removing impediments.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.




- Implement and optimize project management best practices, processes, and tools.
- Anticipate technical challenges and proactively develop solutions, demonstrating a keen interest in understanding underlying systems and architectures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, challenging existing norms and encouraging cutting-edge approaches.
- Lead, support orchestrate scrum ceremonies and work backlog for various initiatives with clear priorities for multiple teams.

Qualifications

- Data Engineering Background preferred: Bachelor's or 7+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development or data engineering environment.
- Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of complex technical projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern software architectures.
- Familiarity with various programming languages, databases, and system integration patterns.
