Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the electrical control panel segment (MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD). The role involves identifying new opportunities, delivering technical solutions, managing key client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with sales acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to handle complex industrial clients while supporting end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: ➢

Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities in the electrical control panel segment. Lead generation through strategic networking, industry contacts, client visits, and market intelligence.

Develop key accounts and generate repeat business from existing clients. Mentor junior sales engineers and support team performance. ➢ Technical Expertise &

- Solution Selling: Analyse complex customer requirements and propose optimized technical solutions. Interpret and review: o Electrical schematics o Single-line diagrams (SLD) o Panel GA drawings and layouts ___________________________________________________________________________ Provide pre-sales consultation and technical presentations to clients. Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure accurate execution. ➢ Client Relationship &
- Project Coordination: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.



Act as a single point of contact for major clients during project execution. Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. Handle escalations, provide technical support, and ensure client satisfaction. Oversee project handover, commissioning support, and after-sales service. ➢ Market &
- Competitor Analysis Track market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies. Analyse pricing, positioning, and product offerings. Recommend product improvements, cost optimizations, and new business strategies. Identify recent sectors/industries for expansion. ➢ Compliance &
- Site Support Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Support site activities including installation, testing, and commissioning when required. Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project execution.

Preferred Qualifications Experience handling large industrial clients or EPC contractors Knowledge of automation systems and industrial applications Familiarity with tendering processes and contract management

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
