Role Summary The Senior Staff - Operations will be responsible for supporting and monitoring day-to-day AAC Blocks manufacturing operations at the Navsari Plant. The role will focus on process monitoring, quality control, chemical analysis, production coordination, and ensuring smooth plant operations as per defined production, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor day-to-day AAC Blocks manufacturing operations and process parameters.
- Monitor raw material quality and ensure materials meet defined specifications.
- Conduct chemical and process-related testing as required for AAC production.
- Monitor slurry preparation, batching, casting, cutting, and other key production processes.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to maintain consistent product quality.
- Monitor chemical composition and process parameters affecting AAC Blocks quality.
- Identify process deviations and report them to the Production / Quality In-charge.
- Maintain laboratory, process, and production-related records.
- Support troubleshooting of quality and process-related issues.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and product quality.

Required Qualifications

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry.




- Candidates with relevant technical qualifications and AAC manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Experience Industry Background

- 3-6 years of experience in AAC Blocks manufacturing or related building materials industry.
- Hands-on experience in AAC manufacturing processes and plant operations.
- Experience in chemical testing, raw material analysis, and process control in AAC manufacturing will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in slurry, batching, casting, cutting, and autoclaving processes will be preferred.

- Strong knowledge of chemical testing and raw material analysis.
- Understanding of process parameters and their impact on AAC product quality.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
