Sr. Store Officer

- Qualifications

Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Material Management or Supply Chain knowledge is an advantage).
- Experience: 2-6 Years

Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain stock levels of raw materials, consumables, tools, and fabrication items.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for quantity, quality, and documentation.

Ensure proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials for easy retrieval and protected handling.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP/Inventory Management Systems.

Implement and follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method wherever applicable.

Issue materials, tools, and consumables to production teams as per authorized requirements.

Conduct regular stock verification and assist in inventory audits.

Report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials,



and discrepancies to the reporting manager.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S), safety, and discipline within the store.

Ensure compliance with company policies, IMS procedures, and statutory requirements.

Key Performance Areas

Inventory accuracy and timely stock updates.

Availability of materials to support uninterrupted production.

Effective inventory control and optimum stock levels.

Compliance with FIFO, IMS, and safety standards.

Proper documentation and record maintenance.

Organized, clean, and efficient store operations.

Working knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software and MS Excel.
