What You ll Do
- Lead and contribute to full-cycle software development.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
- Guide teams through agile ceremonies and milestones.
- Collaborate across teams and foster strong stakeholder engagement.
- Promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
What We re Looking For
- 4-6 years in software development, analysis, and testing.
- Solid skills in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
- Exposure to ETL, data migration, and enterprise content management systems.
- Solid understanding of SaaS and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
