Key Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and new developments
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to deliver solutions
- Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Support design reviews, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards
- Drive UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities across processes
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for functional clarifications during development

✅ Must-Have Skills
- 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience, with strong ServiceNow platform exposure
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- At least one of: ITOM / CSM / HRSD

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience in writing:





- User stories & acceptance criteria
- BRD / FRD / functional specifications

- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, and integrations
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in UAT coordination and defect management
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, etc.)
- Exposure to ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Experience in ServiceNow platform upgrades, migrations, or large transformations
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM concepts
- Familiarity with GenAI/Now Assist use cases in ServiceNow
- Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD pipelines for ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
