About Project:

Bilva is building luxury pool villas + 3-star boutique hotel in Gokarna on hilltop with laterite soil. Need a strong site execution engineer who can read drawings and deliver quality.

Job Role:

You will be fully in-charge of site execution - from foundation to finishing of hotel + villas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution (Hotel & Villas):

- Complete execution of 3-star hotel building - structure, blockwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing
- Execute villas with pool as per drawing
- Daily planning of labour, contractor, material requirement
- Ensure quality, line-dout, level, and finishing as per 3-star hotel standards

2. Drawing & Technical:

- Must understand Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing drawings clearly
- Coordinate with architect & structural consultant for clarifications
- Marking, setting out, and checking as per drawings
- Prepare BBS and check steel work

3. Civil Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge in foundation (laterite/red soil), retaining walls,



hilltop construction
- Knowledge of concrete, masonry, waterproofing for pools & bathrooms
- Knowledge of hotel rooms, bathrooms, lobby, restaurant execution
- Billing, measurement, quantity estimation and cost control

4. Team & Reporting:

- Handle Masons, Bar-benders, Carpenters, Contractors
- Daily site progress report with photos to management
- Maintain material stock, cement, steel register
- Ensure safety and cleanliness at site

Requirements:

- B.E / http://B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5-10 years experience in hotel / resort / villa / apartment execution (3-star / 5-star hotel experience is big plus)
- Must be able to read drawings independently without support
- Must have handled independent site of minimum G+2 building
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, measurement book
- Hardworking, honest, can stay at Gokarna site, can handle labour in Kannada/Hindi/Telugu

Salary: Rs. 45,000 - Rs. 75,000 per month (Based on experience) + Site Accommodation + Food + Performance Bonus Location: Bilva Villas Site, Gokarna, Karnataka

Pay: ₹20,966.18 - ₹77,751.30 per month
