Essential Skills

- Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. Ability to work in rotational shifts and on-call support models is a plus. Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) is advantageous. Strong training and support documentation skills are also desirable.





- Candidates must have experience with BIOVIA ONE Lab| LES| LIMS| or related laboratory systems. Knowledge of FDA| EMA| and regulatory guidelines is essential.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are necessary for this role. Familiarity with GxP and data integrity requirements is also a must.
