About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior salesforce developer to design, build, test, deploy, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across business-critical workflows. This role requires hands-on software development experience beyond Salesforce administration or configuration, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omni Studio/Omni Script, Salesforce data modelling, integrations, automated testing, CI/CD, production support, and technical design documentation.

Core Focus: Enterprise Salesforce engineering, solution design, implementation planning, integrations, quality, and production reliability

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years to 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong Salesforce Apex development experience, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, queueable jobs, scheduled jobs, asynchronous processing, exception handling, and governor-limit-aware design.
- Robust Lightning Web Components development experience, including component design, client/server interaction, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, performance considerations, and reusable UI patterns.
- Experience with OmniStudio / OmniScript, including guided workflows, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, or related declarative delivery patterns.
- Strong Salesforce data modeling experience, including custom objects, relationships, record types, field strategy, sharing/security model, data quality, and scalable schema design.
- Strong Salesforce testing experience, including Apex unit tests, test data creation, regression testing, deployment validation, defect triage, and QA partnership.
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD practices, including source control, pull requests, code reviews, branching, automated deployments,



release readiness, and environment promotion.
- Object-oriented programming background, with Java or Kotlin experience preferred.
- Practical understanding of SOLID principles, common design patterns, clean-code practices, and maintainable enterprise application design.
- Strong production support and troubleshooting skills, including log analysis, debugging, root-cause analysis, incident management, and performance tuning.
- Ability to create clear technical design documentation, solution diagrams, implementation plans, deployment plans, and handoff documentation.
- Strong software engineering background beyond Salesforce administration/configuration, with the ability to reason through architecture, code quality, maintainability, and operational reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, OmniStudio Developer, or Salesforce Architect-track certifications.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, DocuSign, document generation, loan origination platforms, servicing systems, or enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, event-based architecture, data warehouses, reporting integrations, and enterprise data governance.




- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments with product owners, scrum masters, QA, business analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with compliance, audit, data quality, access controls, separation of duties, and change management expectations in a financial services environment.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or Codex to support development, testing, documentation, and delivery productivity.

Nice to Have

- Background in business purpose real estate finance, including investor lending, bridge loans, rental loans, DSCR loans, fix-and-flip lending, commercial real estate lending, mortgage finance, loan origination, loan servicing, or capital markets workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including financial account modeling, relationship management, account/household structures, client onboarding, lending workflows, financial services data models, or FSC-specific configuration and customization patterns.
- Understanding of real estate finance business processes such as borrower intake, broker relationships, pricing, underwriting, approvals, pipeline management, closing, servicing, reporting, and portfolio monitoring.
- Experience supporting Salesforce solutions for lending, mortgage, private credit, specialty finance, or real estate investment businesses.
