Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience

Job Requirements

Experience in sales of Aluminium Windows and/or Real Wood products, including real wood cladding and flooring.

Experience working with Architects, Interior Designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.

Good knowledge of construction areas in Indore and nearby towns.

Strong understanding of residential projects, construction bungalows, and premium building solutions.

Good English communication skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Should have own vehicle for client visits and business development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive sales and promotion of company products within the assigned region.

Identify new project sites, prospects, and potential business opportunities.

Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key influencers.





Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Handle walk-in customers and showroom enquiries.

Generate secondary sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

Conduct regular client and site visits for business development.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Negotiate with clients and ensure effective communication throughout the sales process.

Maintain robust customer relationships and follow up on leads and enquiries.

Demonstrate a self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
