Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Recruiter based in Hyderabad.

The Senior

Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet hiring goals. The role involves closely collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, maintaining a talent pipeline,



and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and industry regulations. The recruiter will also engage in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications

- Experience and expertise in talent sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and related technology platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in handling technical and non-technical recruitment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles and supporting organizational growth.
