Job Summary The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, hands-on, energetic, and detail oriented individual with a strong technical background and proven leadership experience. This position requires an individual to be able to manage a team, guide senior engineers, and work cross-functionally to coordinate testing efforts and complex project delivery for applications within a complex mobile, desktop, and cloud client/server ecosystem.

Responsibilities

- This role will be responsible for driving global Quality Engineering operations, defining test approaches, and expanding our quality frameworks while working closely with development and other engineering teams.

- In this role, a successful candidate will lead efforts in effective service delivery, test automation, and building quality tools.





- This role will coach and grow the team, and act as the internal evangelist for intelligent automation, moving the organization from traditional script-based testing to self-healing, predictive, and autonomous quality practices.

- You will be working closely with U. S. and India based teams in a multi-vendor resourcing model.
