Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Backend Python Engineer to build and lead core backend services for a highly scalable, data-intensive platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and own scalable backend & computation services.
- Build configuration-driven and reusable systems.
- Develop complex SQL queries and efficient data models.
- Ensure systems are accurate, reliable, reproducible, and auditable.
- Work on multi-tenant, multi-cloud, and customer-hosted environments.
- Drive architecture, code reviews, technical decisions, and mentor engineers.
- Collaborate with Data, AI, and Product teams.
Required Skills
- 8 years of backend engineering experience.
- Robust backend engineering experience with Python, FastAPI and Bash.
- Excellent SQL & data modeling skills.
- Strong system design, scalability, and performance expertise.
- Experience with configuration-driven/rules-based architectures.
- Strong focus on quality, testing, and system reliability.
