HVAC PRODUCTION MANAGER – JOB REQUIREMENT

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day HVAC production activities.
- Plan production schedules according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
- Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production resources effectively.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Supervise manufacturing of HVAC products such as Air Washers, AHU, Ducting, Cooling Systems and related equipment.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor production processes and reduce rejection, wastage, and production downtime.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Maintain production records, daily production reports, and productivity reports.
- Identify production problems and take corrective and preventive actions.
- Improve production efficiency, manpower utilization, and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Train and guide production supervisors, technicians, and shop-floor workers.




- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / HVAC or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in HVAC manufacturing / sheet metal / air-conditioning equipment production.
- Good knowledge of HVAC manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Solid knowledge of manpower and shop-floor management.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of quality control and production documentation.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Candidates with experience in Air Washer / AHU / HVAC equipment manufacturing will be preferred.
