Data and AI (DnAI) in PGC focuses on creating intelligent products within Providence and provides unique opportunities in Product Development, Product Design, Data Engineering, Operations, Data Science, BI Reporting and Data Analytics on cloud stack. At DnAI team, the discipline of Product Management is built around defining a transparent, value-based product strategy and creating and managing a healthy roadmap, requiring team to work at the intersection of business, market and sector needs, technology and data analytics, customer and user expectations/ desires.

Responsibilities

- Shape the vision, strategy, go-to-market and roadmap for the DnAI data products in various stages of product innovation lifecycle
- Conduct deep research in targeted business domains and leverage product- market knowledge to help create product /feature hypothesis to amplify product development/improvement
- Translate problem, data user research into business case for innovative product ideas or features for existing products
- Working with engineers and architects as a bridge to curate business features, technical capabilities required to meet the product vision
- Formulate key metrics to track success or prioritize features
- Craft novel story-telling for product go-to-market and evangelism




- Show an ever-learning mindset to strengthen understanding of global health care systems.
- Participate and contribute to industry learning and stay up to date with latest trends and findings.

Who are we looking for

- Deep knowledge in select or broad Healthcare domains (clinical) within North America/US industry /market/policies context
- Relevant education and/or experience working on data /analytic products and solutions tied to Healthcare preferably
- Ability to operate in a startup mode, structure ambiguous, open-ended problems analyzing data to discover user needs, most valuable use cases and curating product related insights.
- Ability to derive meaningful insights from raw data and create impactful visualization
- Gains understanding of the existing systems in Providence and puts the spotlight on gaps and opportunities for tech-infused administrative burden reduction and operational efficiencies
- Gains understanding of industry best practices and finds opportunities to apply them within the Providence Data and AI landscape to deliver best-in-class services to customers.
- Impressive verbal communication and presentation skills and at ease with business as well as technical audiences.
- Ability to articulating clear and concise product related documentation as well as general business communications.

Strongly preferred

- Familiarity or experience in any or all of the following areas: Product Roadmap Development, Requirements Elicitation, User Research, Analysis and Journey Mapping, Business Case Development, Stakeholder Management, Technical Product Specs Authoring , UI/UX Prototyping.
- Intermediate to Expert knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint, and tools like Figma
