About the RoleWe’re looking for a Sr. Product & Automation Strategist who can bridge the gap between business requirements, technology, CRM, automation and execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can identify business problems, evaluate solutions and independently take initiatives from idea to implementation and optimisation.

You’ll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to build scalable systems, improve processes and implement AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into systems, processes and technology solutions
- Own CRM implementation, optimisation, workflows, pipelines, dashboards and reporting
- Identify repetitive processes and implement AI and workflow automation
- Work with tools, APIs, integrations and no-code/low-code platforms to improve efficiency
- Drive strategic projects end-to-end — from problem identification to implementation and optimisation
- Analyse business data,



track KPIs and evaluate ROI and operational impact
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve business processes and systems
- Work closely with founders, sales, operations, product and technology teams

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience in CRM, Business Systems, Automation, Product Operations, RevOps, Consulting, Business Strategy or similar roles
- Hands-on experience implementing or optimising CRM systems and business workflows
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs or integrations
- Strong understanding of business processes and operational systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to independently manage projects and take complete ownership
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/growth environment

Valuable to Have
- Experience with AI-native CRM platforms
- Knowledge of Zapier, Make, n8n or similar automation tools
- Exposure to product strategy, business systems or RevOps
- Understanding of ROI, financial modelling and business metrics
- Experience in SaaS, startups, consulting or growth-focused organisations
