Performance Marketing

Manager role is based in Navi Mumbai. The person in this role will lead performance marketing strategy across digital channels, plan and execute paid campaigns, and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and conversion rates. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, running A/B tests, refining audience targeting, and collaborating with creative, branding, and tech teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless user journeys. The role also involves preparing performance reports, presenting insights to stakeholders, and identifying new growth opportunities, tools, and channels to scale results. This position requires ownership of performance outcomes, mentorship of junior team members, and close coordination with clients to align campaigns with business goals.

Qualifications

- Solid performance marketing skills, including paid social, paid search, display advertising, and remarketing.
- Expertise in campaign optimization, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization,



and funnel analysis.
- Proficiency with analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools).
- Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI-focused decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, branding, and tech teams to align messaging, design, and user experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with experience managing clients or internal partners.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing marketing teams and owning performance outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site agency environment in Navi Mumbai, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
