Role &
Responsibilities: Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting): This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to: Training Operations Management • Manage end-to-end administration of all training programs across the organization.
• Coordinate annual, quarterly, and monthly training calendars.
• Ensure timely scheduling and deployment of training interventions.
• Track program nominations, attendance, completion, and certifications.
• Monitor adherence to planned training schedules.
• Act as the central coordinator between trainers, business teams, HRBPs, and external vendors.
Training Logistics
Management • Manage logistical requirements for classroom and virtual training programs.
• Coordinate training venues, meeting rooms, training infrastructure, and equipment.
• Ensure availability of training materials, participant kits, workbooks, and assessments.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other arrangements for trainers when required.
• Liaise with vendors and facilities teams for smooth execution of learning events.
• Ensure readiness of training centers and regional learning locations.
Learning
Data &
• MIS Management • Maintain centralized training databases and learning records.
• Generate and publish regular learning dashboards and MIS reports.
• Track key learning metrics including:
• Training man-days • Training hours • Coverage percentages • Nomination versus attendance • Completion rates • Assessment scores • Certification status • Cost per participant • Learning effectiveness metrics • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual L&D; dashboards for leadership review.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all learning platforms and records.
Training
Governance &
• Compliance • Establish and manage learning governance frameworks.
• Track completion of mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational learning policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain training records for internal and external audits.
• Monitor completion status of compliance, AML, fraud prevention, information security, POSH, Code of Conduct, and regulatory learning programs.
• Ensure adherence to audit and governance requirements.
• Budget Tracking &
• Vendor Administration • Maintain training expenditure records.
• Monitor training budgets against approved allocations.
• Track vendor invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and payments.
• Support procurement and vendor onboarding processes.
• Generate vendor performance reports and utilization metrics.
• Learning Calendar Planning • Publish annual and quarterly learning calendars.
• Coordinate nominations and participant scheduling with business units.
• Monitor program utilization and seat occupancy.
• Ensure optimum training capacity utilization across functions and locations.
• Assessment &
Certification Administration • Administer learning assessments and certification processes.
• Support test scheduling, result publication, and certification issuance.
• Maintain certification records and renewal trackers.
• Coordinate recertification requirements where applicable.
• Audit &
• Documentation • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all L&D; activities.
Create and maintain
• SOPs • Process documents • Learning policies • Training governance frameworks • Audit trackers • Vendor records • Training attendance records • Ensure readiness for internal, statutory, customer, and regulatory audits.
Stakeholder
Management • Partner with HR, business units, trainers, compliance teams, audit teams, and vendors.
• Provide timely learning-related reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth communication regarding training schedules and governance requirements.
• Support leadership reviews through data-driven insights.
Process
Improvement &
• Automation • Identify opportunities to streamline training operations.
• Drive automation of learning administration and reporting processes.
• Reduce manual intervention through technology and workflow optimization.
• Improve turnaround times and service quality within the L&D; function.
