We are seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with solid expertise in Electron.js for developing and supporting enterprise-grade web and desktop applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, leading development teams, enforcing coding standards, and driving end-to-end application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership Lead architecture design and technical decision-making for MERN stack applications. Review code and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Mentor junior developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and DevOps teams. Application Development Design and develop scalable applications using: MongoDB Express.js React.js Node.js Develop and maintain desktop applications using Electron.js.

Design RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. Optimize application performance and scalability.

DevOps Deployment Manage application deployments in cloud environments. Build CI/CD pipelines. Ensure application monitoring, logging, and performance tuning. Support Maintenance Perform root cause analysis for critical production issues.



Lead release planning and production deployments. Ensure SLA adherence and system availability.
