Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate MEP works for building construction projects from execution to commissioning.
- Plan, supervise and monitor HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and other MEP systems.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQ, specifications, shop drawings and technical submittals.
- Coordinate MEP activities with Civil, Structural, Architectural and other project teams.
- Ensure installation works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
- Monitor subcontractors, vendors and site manpower for timely execution.
- Conduct inspections, testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Prepare and review work schedules, material requirements, DPRs, progress reports and measurement records.
- Coordinate with consultants/client representatives for approvals, inspections and technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, applicable codes and statutory standards.
- Identify site issues, resolve technical coordination problems and ensure minimum rework.
- Support BOQ verification, quantity estimation, material planning and billing.




- Ensure timely completion and handover of MEP works along with as-built drawings and documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP services in high-rise/commercial/residential/institutional building projects.
- Positive understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of BIM/Revit MEP will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications, BOQ and project execution.
- Good coordination, subcontractor management and site supervision skills.
- Strong communication, reporting and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in large-scale building construction projects, particularly those handling complete MEP coordination and execution, will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
