- Debt raising from Financial Institutions, AIFs, Banks etc. through Term loans, Debentures at competitive pricing

- Preparation of CMA, credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handling queries of lenders in relation to credit proposals for fundraising.

- Co-ordinate end to end execution for fund raising transactions

- Manage existing lender compliances, reporting and covenant tracking

- Ability to manage liquidity and investment portfolio Interaction

Experience (type & industry)

- CA/MBA Finance degree.

- 6 + years experience in a NBFC or Fintech field Skills & know-how

- Hands on experience in raising debt end to end





- Capability to analyse and understand financial statements and other financial metrics of the organization

- Ability to co-ordinate with different teams to fulfill requirements

- Ability to understand the core businesses and pitch them to external stakeholders
