Basic Qualifications

· Bachelors or MBA

Experience: 5–8 years in Business Operations, Core Operations, Program Management, or related roles.

· Functional Expertise: Robust program governance, strategic execution, and cross-functional alignment capabilities.

· Communication: Exceptional ability to prepare executive-level materials, influence stakeholders, and articulate complex ideas concisely.

· Technical Fluency: Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

· Attributes: Outcome-oriented, strategic thinker with a bias for action, highly organized, and adept at navigating ambiguity and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Management & Strategic Execution

· Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs across GTM, operations, delivery, customer experience, and partnerships—sponsored by the COO’s office.





· Establish rigorous program governance: define charters, operating cadences, decision frameworks, and reporting lines.

· Maintain detailed program plans, manage dependencies, and keep high-visibility issue/risk logs to ensure transparency and the timely removal of blockers

· Collaborate with senior business leadership to translate strategy into action—identify critical workstreams, align stakeholders, and measure impact.

· Ensure adequate resourcing and outcome-driven execution.

· Support leadership preparation for business reviews, executive updates, and strategic planning exercises.

· Serve as the central coordination point across business, delivery, finance, marketing, and support teams to drive seamless execution.

· Facilitate structured, cross-departmental collaboration to expedite decision-making and minimize delivery friction.

· Own program communications: dashboards, status updates, and progress reports for executive consumption
