- Oversee and optimize the Accounts Receivable (AR) process to ensure timely collections and effective revenue management.
- Manage denial management activities by identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead claims management operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and productive processing.
- Supervise payment posting activities while maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Monitor credit balances and cash flow to support financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Generate, analyze, and present MIS reports to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team while ensuring achievement of operational targets.




- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align operational activities with business objectives.
- Drive operational excellence through effective performance monitoring, root-cause analysis, process governance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- 10–15 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within Healthcare/RCM/Medical Billing operations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AR, denial management, claims management, payment posting, credit balance, cash flow, and MIS reporting.
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in process improvement and operational performance management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
