Operate and further develop the Secure Admin Environment (SAE) of the Microsoft Active Directory
Unique opportunity to operate the full technology stack of an industry-leading Active Directory Admin Environment from the physical hardware,to the virtualization layer and the SAE environment itself
Stable and secure operations of the SAE environment, in accordance with internal service levels

Incidents, Problems Service request resolution adhering to SLA
Implementation of system change requests and releases.
Perform Root cause analysis Impact assessments.
Understanding, analysis and timely resolution of issues faced during System Configuration/ support cycles
Document day to day tasks and related processes to prepare a knowledge base of support activities
Daily Monitoring
Active Directory operations in an enterprise environment
Microsoft Active Directory security concepts and recommendations
Virtual infrastructure (VMware-ESX/Citrix/MS Azure) operations and security concepts
Windows Server operations
Knowledge in backup infrastructure operations
Good scripting experience VB, PowerShell
Networking Protocol (LDAP/SNMP)
Network Infrastructure (DNS/DHCP/Firewall)
Windows Administration (Server/OS Client)
Hands on experience on any ticketing tools
Storage (NAS/SAN)
Behavioral Skill
Good oral and written communication skills understanding of German language would be an added value
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
