Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Finance to lead financial planning, accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial analysis. The role will be responsible for ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, effective cash-flow management, and supporting business decisions through meaningful financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of books.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting activities.
- Prepare and review MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and management reports.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and cash-flow requirements.
- Develop financial analysis and insights to support business and management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, processes, and SOPs.
- Review accounting transactions and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Monitor cost controls and identify opportunities for improving profitability and operational efficiency.
- Support business teams with financial analysis, pricing/margin analysis, and commercial decision-making.




- Manage and mentor finance team members and ensure effective allocation of responsibilities.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation and control measures.
- Support the Finance Head/CFO in strategic financial projects and other business initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Tally, or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
