Senior Manager - Corporate Sales Location: Mumbai, Gurugram Hyderabad Function: Corporate Sales Reports To: Associate Director / Director Corporate Sales Role Overview We are seeking a driven Senior Manager Corporate Sales to acquire and grow enterprise accounts across IT/ITES, GCCs, manufacturing, BFSI, pharma, and emerging sectors. The individual will build relationships with HR leaders, Benefits Heads, Total Rewards teams, and Procurement stakeholders, working closely with the Associate Director/Director to execute regional sales strategy and hit individual revenue targets.

Responsibilities

- Own individual sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.

- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and large enterprise opportunities.

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through direct selling and partner ecosystems.

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.

- Engage with HR Heads, Benefits Leaders, CHROs ; position ekincares platform as a strategic employee benefits solution.

- Understand client challenges around employee health benefits, OPD, insurance utilization, wellness, and healthcare costs; support solution design and lead ROI discussions.





- Collaborate with insurance brokers, consultants, TPAs, insurers, and ecosystem partners.

- Expand presence within existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity tracking; provide periodic account updates to the AD/Director.

- Track competitive landscape and emerging trends in employee healthcare and benefits.

Requirements

- 4-8 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales selling employee health benefits, wellness, or OPD to HR Leaders, Benefits Heads, and corporate decision-makers.

- Demonstrated success in driving 8 - 10 Cr+ annual revenues.

- Prior experience carrying an individual quota in a corporate/enterprise sales setting.

- Sound knowledge of sales funnels, comfortable managing data, building lasting client relationships.
