- Responsibilities

- Drive overall Quality Strategy, SOPs, Standards &
- KPIs

- Lead quality across vendors and production units.

- Manage vendor audits, scorecards, performance & quality improvement.

- Oversee fabric, trims, fit, wash, shrinkage and bulk approvals.

- Lead AQL, inline, midline & final inspections.

- Ensure quality, buyer, marketplace & regulatory compliance.

- Drive RCA, CAPA, defect reduction & continuous improvement.

- Analyse returns, rejections, rework and Cost of Poor Quality.

- Build and lead Quality Managers, AMs & inspection teams.

- Partner with Sourcing, Design, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail &

- CX

.

Requirements

- 15-20 years in Apparel/Garment Quality with 5+ years in senior leadership.

- Strong experience in Apparel Manufacturing, QA, AQL, Audits &
- Compliance

.

- Experience managing multiple vendors/production units.

- Solid knowledge of Denims, Formals &

- Knits

.

- Hands-on expertise in RCA, CAPA & quality improvement.

- Retail/Export apparel experience preferred; D2C exposure is an advantage.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder & vendor management skills.

- Exposure to QMS, PLM/ERP & quality dashboards preferred.
