We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (Outbound)

CXcherry (www.cxcherry.io) is expanding its international sales team, and we're looking for a hands-on outbound sales hunter to help us grow our business in the USA and other international markets.

This is not an inbound sales or lead-servicing role.

We are looking for someone who knows how to create opportunities from scratch.

You should have:

- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling LMS / eLearning / Learning Technology / SaaS/ HR Tech/EdTech
- Proven outbound sales experience
- Strong cold email + cold calling experience
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with Apollo / Lusha / ZoomInfo or similar tools
- Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM tools
- Experience with Smartlead / Instantly / Outreach or similar platforms
- Experience conducting LMS / SaaS product demos
- Strong USA / international sales exposure
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Current experience carrying a minimum $500K+ annual sales target quota
- Solid ownership, excellent team player and self-drive




- Practical understanding of how AI can improve sales productivity

MBA is a plus, but sales performance matters more than the degree.

What you'll own:

Prospecting → Cold Outreach → Discovery → Product Demo → Follow-up → Negotiation → Closure

You will work closely with the CXcherry leadership team and have significant ownership of building our outbound pipeline in the US market.

Work Mode: Hybrid/Pune
