We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Finance to lead the Finance & Accounts function and manage a team of professionals.
The role will have end-to-end responsibility for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, taxation, MIS, statutory compliances, financial reporting, forecasting, and balance-sheet review.
The role requires a strong finance professional with the ability to independently manage finance operations, strengthen financial controls, provide meaningful business insights and work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 15-18 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably with significant experience in a managerial/senior managerial position.
- Qualification: CA / CMA preferred. Candidates with M.Com / MBA Finance and solid relevant experience may also be considered.
- Strong hands-on and managerial experience across AP, AR, GST, TDS, MIS, financial reporting, forecasting and balance-sheet management.
- Proven experience managing a finance team.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation and statutory compliances.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
