Position: Senior Manager Accounts & Finance

Location: Surat, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Accounts & Finance to manage the overall Accounts & Finance function for our Group of Companies. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, finalization of accounts, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audit coordination and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete Accounts & Finance operations for Group Companies.
- Independently manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing and finalization of accounts.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and financial statements.
- Review ledgers, provisions, accruals, depreciation, reconciliations and other closing entries.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely GST returns, TDS returns, payments and reconciliations.
- Handle GST/TDS reconciliations, notices and coordination with consultants.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditors, Internal Auditors and CA Consultants.
- Manage Bank Reconciliation, Vendor/Customer Reconciliation and Inter-company reconciliation.
- Review Petty Cash, expenses, payments, receivables and payables.
- Prepare and review MIS, cash-flow statements, budgets and management reports.
- Monitor working capital, fund requirements and cash-flow planning.
- Ensure proper accounting controls,



documentation and compliance across Group Companies.
- Lead, guide and monitor the Accounts & Finance team.
- Allocate work, review team performance and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
- Coordinate with management, bankers, auditors, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements in accounting and financial controls.

Candidate Profile:

- CA Qualified candidates preferred.
- CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / B.Com candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered.
- Candidates who have worked as Manager/Sr. Manager in a Chartered Accountant firm and have handled multiple clients/accounts are highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in finalization of accounts is essential.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Accounting Standards and statutory compliances.
- Should have experience in team handling and review of accounting work.
- Positive working knowledge of Tally/SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
- Experience handling multiple companies / group companies will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, accounting and problem-solving skills.
- Should be capable of independently handling the Accounts & Finance function with minimum supervision.
