Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the global CMO/CDMO business strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead international business development by acquiring and managing strategic pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers across regulated markets.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing CMO/CDMO business development team while fostering collaboration across R&D;, Regulatory, QA, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Provide strategic direction for customer engagement, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Work closely with R&D; and technical teams to identify customer requirements and develop customized development and manufacturing solutions.
- Establish long-term partnerships with global pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
- Represent the company at international conferences, customer meetings,



and industry forums.
- Drive organizational capability, talent development, and operational excellence within the CMO/CDMO business.

Qualifications

•Post Graduate in Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related Life Sciences discipline (MBA is an added advantage).

- 10-20years of experience in the pharmaceutical/CDMO industry,
- Proven track record in developing international CMO/CDMO business and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of API development, process development, technology transfer, regulatory requirements, GMP, and commercial manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
