Senior Learning Space Designer

We are looking for a Senior Learning Space Designer to create cutting-edge and engaging learning environments for schools and educational institutions. The role combines design thinking, space planning, educational understanding, and project execution to create spaces that encourage learning, creativity, collaboration, self-reflection, and overall student development.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing and delivering projects end-to-end and should be comfortable working with school leaders, educators, vendors, architects, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design innovative learning environments and educational spaces for schools.
- Understand the learning objectives and requirements of each educational space.
- Develop concepts, layouts, mood boards, material concepts, and 3D visualisations.
- Translate educational and student-learning requirements into engaging physical spaces.
- Work closely with school leadership and educators to understand their needs.
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, and internal teams for execution.
- Monitor projects from concept to final implementation while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct school visits and project site visits as required.
- Identify practical, creative,



and sustainable design solutions for learning environments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project documentation.
- Create presentations and design decks for client discussions and business development.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes and templates.
- Represent the organisation at relevant education and design events when required.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in interior design, spatial design, learning-space design, or related project-based design roles.
- Strong understanding of space planning and 3D visualisation.
- Experience working on projects from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and multiple stakeholders.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel for school and project site visits.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
