Sr Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy large-scale Java applications for various industry verticals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, effective, and scalable Java code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Java applications, including APIs, integrations, and system configurations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to improve Java application development and maintenance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Java 8 and later versions.
- Excellent understanding of Java programming language, including Java syntax, object-oriented programming concepts, and design patterns.
- Proven experience with Java frameworks, libraries, and tools, such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven.
- Strong understanding of database concepts, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data modeling.




- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

Technical Skills & Experience

- Java 8 and later versions, including Java SE and Java EE.
- Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
- Hibernate ORM, including configuration, mapping, and query languages.
- Maven, including build lifecycle, dependencies, and project management.
- Database concepts, including relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), and data modeling.
- Containerization using Docker, including Dockerfile, images, and containers.
- Orchestration using Kubernetes, including pods, services, and deployments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with version control systems, including Git and SVN.
