We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team and translate client visions into functional, beautifully engineered living spaces.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Client Consultation

- Conduct in-depth design consultations with residential clients, architects, and interior consultants to understand spatial needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget constraints.
- Conceptualize and draft functional, ergonomically optimized layouts for modular kitchens, bedroom wardrobes, walk-in closets, and custom storage units.
- Guide clients through material selections, highlighting the benefits of solid wood, marine-grade plywood (BWP), stainless steel 304, GI powder-coated carcasses, acrylics, PU finishes, and high-end hardware systems.

1. Technical Drawings & Detailing

- Create detailed 2D production drawings, elevation layouts, floor plans,



and section drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop realistic 3D visualizations, renderings, and walk-throughs using SketchUp / 3ds Max / Google SketchUp / Enscape or equivalent rendering tools.
- Generate exact Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material specifications, quotation estimates, and production-ready cutting lists for factory fabrication.

1. Site Evaluation & Execution Support

- Conduct precise on-site measurements and technical site audits prior to design finalization (checking plumbing, electrical points, wall plumb, and civil constraints).
- Coordinate closely with factory production teams, carpenters, and fitment specialists to ensure design feasibility and seamless manufacturing.
- Perform periodic site visits during installation to resolve technical discrepancies, oversee quality control, and ensure flawless handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience exclusively in modular kitchen and bedroom furniture design.
- Technical Software Proficiency:
- 2D CAD drafting: AutoCAD
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray / Enscape,



or dedicated modular software (e.g., KDMax, Cabinet Vision).
- Material & Hardware Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of wood materials (BWP/BWR Plywood, MDF, HDF-HMR, Solid Wood) and sheet finishes (Laminates, Acrylics, PU, Veneer).
- Understanding of Stainless Steel 304 / GI modular carcass construction and hybrid wood-metal joinery details.
- In-depth understanding of architectural hardware brands (Blum, Hettich, Hafele, Grass, Geze, etc.).
