We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing creative and functional interior spaces for our clients. From concept development to project completion, the Interior Designer will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet our clients needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership: Lead and oversee the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction in executing projects.
2. Project Management: Manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client specifications.
3. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision, and translate them into innovative and functional designs.
4. Team Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.
6. Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimize project outcomes.
7. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to incorporate them into projects.
8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all design projects.
9. Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating risks.
10. Client Relations:



Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust, satisfaction, and repeat business opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (3-5 years) in interior design, with a focus on project management and team leadership.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing successful interior design projects across various sectors (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
4. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-ray and Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
8. Leadership qualities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) preferred but not required.
